  I got what i thought was a deal on groupon for an alighnment at sears for $49.99. 3 weeks after i got it done my truck was pulling on the same side it was when i took it in. They told me i needed new tires and wouldnt re do the alighnment on warrenty untill i got the tires replaced. I did.. Tryed multiple times to make an appointment but they always told me they were full. One day i call again trying to book an appointment and they tell me my warranty ran out! So after being told they wouldnt look at my car without paying i decide to book an appointment a few months later at a shop here in zion,il. They tell me they didnt believe i had an alighnment done within a year! And that i need new tires!! I was told my alighnment toe was off by more than 1 inch!! Resulting in my BRAND NEW front tires balding on the inside!!! Im beyond pissed! I called corporate and filled a complaint but havent received a call back. I highly suggest not doing business here. THEY TREAT THERE CLIENTS LIKE DIRT,WORK IS HORRIBLE, GOOD LUCK BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT...
