    My. Goodness i called for availability for a vehicle and was told they had one i prepaid online and when i went to pick it up i was told that they dont accept debit then when i asked about my refund i was told to call customer service upon calling them they informed me that it would be 3-5 business days before my money is refunded to which i stated is no good as im starting a new job on Monday and will need a vehicle to get there. I asked why i was not told about the not accepting debit when i called and why my money can be taken out immediately but not returned the same way as my bank will post as soon as its returned. Never had a problem with using my debit at entetprise should have gone back to them. First and last attempt at renting from budget.
