  I've bought every special occaison dress at this store. I'd never had a problem until I bought a prom dress for this year-- the sensor was left on the dress after my purchase. It wasn't noticed until I got home and tried it on a second time. I live almost an hour away and this is the closest Windsor to my home, so I had to wait a couple weeks to return and get the sensor off. My father took it for me, and when he arrived with the dress AND WITH A RECEIPT he was told he had to stand and wait for the manager until she arrived to work. He waited a good while for her, and once she got there she still gave him a hassle. Finally they took the sensor off but it took an argument and a long wait for a mistake that WE didn't make.
