  I have been a member here for maybe 10 years now. The library is nice and a good place to study but most of the staff member's are rude. Management really needs to get down on them and retrain them on custumer service. I started to come her more often because I need a place to study and that's when I started to notice how rude some staff members are. Especially when its closing time, they look like they are ready to pounce one you like a pack of wolves! HELLO, if your business hours say 9pm closing or 5pm closing expect people there until the very last second before they start to leave. Now if you expect people to start leaving at 4:55 or 8:55 then your business hours should change! And they act like kids are such a disturbance to them. Like its inconvenient for them to help a child look for a book! Its your f'ing job... you are a librarian if you dont like your job then find another job! Im just saying, kids...especially kids shouldn't have to hesitate to ask for help and shouldn't feel unwelcome in a library. And when you are closing instead of standing around lile a pack of wolves ready to pounce, how about you crack a smile, say have a good night, we hope to see you tomorrow, offer to your services to help them to the check out desk. Give a kid a hi five...a book mark something. Just be nice to people life is too short to be mean and negative. Just saying ;)
