  We needed a quality forklift for our warehouse and we needed it quick! Santana delivered our forklift fast without any pressure from the sales staff. Santana Equipment made sure we got the right forklift for our purposes without feeling pressured to buy something from their sales staff. We love the forklift and thanks again for all your help making the process of purchasing the forklift easy and smooth!

  Update: After getting my forklift delivered by a Transportation company and having the driver pull the forklift into my warehouse and the park it, I didn’t think twice about checking the unit. I A couple of days later, I started the unit up and went to back up and use the brake, only to find I had to push the pedal through the floor in order for the unit to actually stop. Absent the obvious, I was beyond shocked that I would have a forklift delivered with bad brakes. I contacted Nate immediately and he accused me of doing something to the equipment that would’ve caused the damage and firmly stated there was nothing wrong with it when it left. I have no reason to fabricate bad brakes nor would I have time to waste on such a ridiculous accusation. I wound up taking it to another forklift dealer and had to spend $550 in repairs. Of course, Nate was more than willing to take it back and give me a full refund but that’s not what I wanted nor what I bought. He said I knew I was getting a used forklift and it came with no warranty, but continued to blame me for the unit having bad brakes. Utterly ridiculous...: I will never buy or refer anyone to this company.
  
  I contacted Nate several months ago and he was nothing short of extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t act soon enough and lost out on what I think was a great forklift.
  
  However, after visiting their show room yesterday and meeting with Nate and his service manager John, I was beyond impressed with their knowledge and product advice. I spent a fair amount of time trying to really understand the pros and cons of buying a preowned unit, particularly one that had more hours on it. I walked out of the office, trying to process what to do. Needless to say, I decided to buy from Nate and hope to make Santana equipment my preferred vendor moving forward.
