  They are all incompetent. I asked if they did watch repairs. All I needed was a battery change. They told me they do it all the time. So I gave them my watch and they literally took a screwdriver to it. They hacked the back of my watch and ultimately couldn't open it so they gave it back to me and sent me away to a different store. They completely ruined my watch and they were going to charge me $25 for a hack job. If I could give them negative points I would. Never ever go here!
