  Worst experience ever almost certain it was due to my race as I walked in behind a Caucasian male he was greeted with a smile and handshake. I on the other hand was stared at like I stepped into the wrong place. I look at them and says I'm just here to pick up my order. walked to the counter to pick up my order was thrown a pen and paper had to ask what it was for .and she yelled to sign all while assistant manager is standing there ...Then she hands me my ring in a ripped plastic bag I ask for a box to be told we don't sell boxes. Really ! my reciept says my pick up date which I had to call and see if it came in .all while 3 ladies are sitting around doing nothing I will take my African American business eles where as I'm realizing African American black business is not wanted at halzberg diamonds lol will never recommend this place
