  This was by and far the best customer service experience I have ever had from a store! As soon-to-be first time parents, we found creating a baby registry to be much more overwhelming than we expected - especially with Buy Buy Baby's large selection and options for nearly every item. However, Buy Buy Baby's staff turned what would have been an otherwise stressful outing into a fun, informative shopping experience. Jessica and Tim were extremely knowledgable and helpful - knowing not only the pros and cons of various items, but also the multi-functionality of them, too. We spent nearly three hours making our way through the store, and Tim and Jessica seemed to know exactly when we needed help (popping over without seeming like they were hovering at all). They even offered us bottles of water after we were a couple of hours in, too. I cannot say enough good things about this Buy Buy Baby location! Thank you Tim and Jessica for creating this wonderful experience for us!
