  My niece Ariana Carter called your office and was so rudely disrespected by your so called nurse Sheri. Her conduct was unacceptable and unprofessional!!! How can you diagnose someone over the phone and determine they are not an emergency case or important??? Especially when they are spotting and told you they had a miscarriage 6 months prior. What is even worse how do you tell a woman she probably had a miscarriage because she is over weight??? UNACCEPTABLE!!! At this point I would not bring my dog in for her to take care of. Having medical professionals in my family not one of them would have conducted themselves in such a manner. Unfortunately 3 former clients referred your office to Ariana this week because Dr. Weiner was highly recommended. Wonderful things have been said about the good doctor, but I can not say the same about Sheri. I suggest Nurse Sheri receive the proper customer service training and learn about medical etiquette when dealing with clients. How about Dr. Weiner investigate Nurse Sheri and her unprofessionalism??? Thank you.
