  I have not been in a Victoria Secret in years. I used to work at the golf mill location years ago so I'm fimilar with the store and how it's supposed to be run. It was very sad to me to find out how rude and disrespectful the employees are. No greeting, dirty looks, and barley any constumer interaction. It took me about ten minutes to collect my merchandise and went to stand in line. I waited for about 20 minutes in line. There were three women by the register. The two ladies were dealing with a customer and the one lady was dealing with this long line. The lady doing checkouts was the only nice employee in the store. The line was extremely long behind me. Not one employee came off from the floor to help this woman. Instead, the manager or whatever her title is, came right up next to her and told her that she rung out this one customer wrong. She I guess did not get the proper percentage off her total. So instead of the manager dealing with this sistuation and helping the employee knowing there is this very long line, she tells the employee she has to return the merchandise and repurchase it all. She didn't say it nice either.. it was clearly out of frustration and a lot of people could hear her from the line. I felt so bad for this employee and she did not once get upset or angry.. she continued doing her job. It's not right to embarrass your employees. If your a manager, be a leader... work with your employees instead of against them. I was extremely disappointed in my shopping experience. These ladies (not the woman at the register) needs training. If they are not up to it, then they should not work in that field. I'm hoping things get better at that store.
