  So, I didn't write this review right away because I needed time to really think this over. As someone who works in the industry I know surveys are important. That being said I really can't rave about my experience. I was really close to leaving three stars...however, I LOVE my car and my payments are where I wanted them. The process took an entire day. Literally. But I can move past that part. Part of my deal is that the dealership is to replace my damaged front bumper, give me an oil change and provide me a loaner. Scheduling this has been a full on fiasco. I mean FULL ON fiasco. Generally speaking, Gurnee Hyundai's sales tactics are a little to "in your face" for my liking but then again I have heard dealerships are different in Illinois vs. Wisconsin, I'm more of a soft sell kind of girl. I don't like people in my face or making me feel pressured. At the end of the day, I am incredibly happy with my purchase.
