  This is my current property management company. They are not at all community oriented or able to provide any level of customer service outside of seemingly automated/robotic replies. The 15 year old washing machine in my rental unit ate a machine washable pillow of mine and completely destroyed it and prevented the washing machine from draining. After filing a maintenance ticket - an appliance repair company was dispatched to remove the pillow debris and drain my washing machine - a service taking 30 minutes - requiring no parts. I am now informed that I am liable for the repair services of $240 - which is essentially the price of a used 2/3 year old washing machine replacement. FOR NO PARTS and for 30-40 minutes of work - from a contracted company. I have no doubt that we will now have issues upon move out as well as this company is more interested in nickel and diming it's customers than offering resolutions when it comes specifically to appliance repair. Take your business elsewhere - I'll update this review upon move out.
